I explained the concept of bullet journaling, and how I used the Kanban method to arrange my tasks visually. I discussed the different ways to manage tasks and scheduling, and showed digital and paper options for staying on-track. It was an interactive session with participants sharing their experiences, and the goal of discovering a new organization process to try out for the new year.
