Developed a quality assurance (QA) standards checklist curated from evidence-based frameworks and rubrics that focuses on accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and the overall learner experience
Created a QA review process for learning experiences designed by OPPI
Conducted QA reviews of learning experiences, as well as various dashboards, infographics, research reports, and surveys, checking for grammar, spelling, plain language, and formatting
Supported the development of the Experience Research Center for automated processes
Designed and launched user experience (UX) research studies to test prototypes and capture future learner feedback using various methods such as card sorts, surveys, moderated interviews, and task-based usability tests
Analyzed UX research and creation of reports for stakeholders to impact decisions
Up-skilled into UX research, completing 3 courses of the User Experience Research & Design Specialization from the University of Michigan
Member of OPPI DEI collaborative group focused on implementing DEI efforts within teams

🤓 Being part of a product team I was fortunate to learn a lot of new software applications!
One of my research studies included testing a lo-fi prototype with user interviews. Since I knew the results were going to help my design colleagues, I provided the analysis in FigJam so they could continue to work with the results.
