I learned more about Open Educational Resources (OER). From this conference I encourage instructors to start using OpenStax textbooks, or other Creative Commons licensed resources. I also learned about Hypothesis and other collaborative annotation tools.
In Long Beach, CA, I learned skills for using Canvas LMS. I also networked with colleagues at ASU, forming long-lasting connections that help me in my daily work.
From this conference, I joined the EDUCAUSE and Penn State ID2ID mentorship program.
